Irish Bannock (Soda Bread)

Perfectionism as always been a big thing to me, so I'm really trying to let go of it, so if some of the photo's aren't perfect....then it is working.....LOL!    ;)

Ingredients I changed: used Gluten Free All Purpose Flour, Earth Balance instead of butter, Coconut sugar instead of white sugar, and for the buttermilk: used almond milk with lemon juice.


  1. I was very interested to see this post. I've been researching baking powder and alternatives, and Irish soda bread is one of the things that comes to mind. Yours looks like a taste treat!
