One 9 X 9" cobbler
5-6 cups fresh or frozen berries..I used strawberries, blueberries, and peaches
1/4 cup whole wheat flour....I used gluten free
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour...I used gluten free
2 T. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup milk....I used coconut
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread berries in a 9X9" greased baking dish. Mix in flour and sugar. Place in oven until hot, about 15 mins.
To prepare topping, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add milk and stir until batter is smooth.
Spread evenly over hot berries (don't worry if they're not completely covered), then bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 mins. **I baked our's for about 40 mins.**
