Winner and Product Review

Now onto the Product Review: Organic Raw Cacao Powder was sent to me from April at http://www.morethanalive.com/....thank you April and to More Than Alive!

When I first opened the bag it smelled like rich chocolate heaven and I love that it is organic. The texture is so smooth and tasted not as bitter as some powders that I have tried before! So of course, I had to make something with it! Enter: Coconut Chocolate No-Bake Macaroons



So sorry..this one came out so dark....feast your eyes on the first one....lol! The recipe was submitted by Stephanie, Goodyear, AZ at http://www.freecoconutrecipes.com/recipe_Coconut_Chocolate_No-bake_Macaroons.htm. These tasted like cake or brownie batter with coconut....so good! A Keeper for Sure!

Coconut Chocolate No-bake Macaroons


Servings: yields about 40 macaroons

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients together well. Form into small balls using a spoon or cookie scoop and refrigerate until firm.

*You can grind your own almond flour by placing whole almonds in a blender/food processor and blending until a fine meal.

  3. Hi Pam, thanks for visiting my blog and taking the time to leave a comment. Interesting that you have pygmy goats. We are currently trying to track down a registered pygmy buck to breed with our Nubian does. The goal is to raise a herd of Kinders.

    The macaroon recipe looks great. Those are exactly the kind of ingredients I like cooking with.
