Fencing

So we expanded the fencing yesterday to give the goaties more room to play!

This is Rolo, a 5 month Boer, that we borrowed from our friends till we can find a couple more pygmies to go with Taffeta.

Taffeta resting, I feel she is still grieving as I am.  Chloe would of loved this area to roam around in, but she is there in spirit, I'm sure.

Thursday, we are suppose to be going to look at another doe that is 3 yrs. of age.  She cannot be bred also like Taffeta, as she has lost her babies the last two years.  This doe is called Primrose or Rose for short, looks just like Taffeta, as she is coming from where Taffeta was born 8 yrs ago......small world!

Not Typical...

So, the other day I was on Pinterest and found this interesting recipe where you took Pillsbury Grand Cinnamon Rolls and made waffles out of them.  As a treat we decided to make these......

These were pretty yummy, but my waffle iron was not pretty after we made these...it was a BEAR to clean....ugh!   Hubby told me to just throw the darn thing out, cause we had another one....I said *NO WAY*....I like this waffle maker.........ha ha!!!!   Please let me know if ya try these.......Hugs!!

My Walkabout!!

It was such a lovely morning, so I decided to take my walk then instead of in the evening AND I just had to bring along my new friend (Nikon).  Teresa @ http://edenhills.wordpress.com/, you are SO right.....I am loving this camera with a big cheezy smile on my face.....lol!!!

I walk usually through our local cemetery, because it is up the street from us!

Beautiful pine trees that are in a circle.....really love them!

Our neighbors fence and picnic area in the background!  Their cows enjoy that area at times too....lol!

Our other neighbor that is up the hill and lives across from the cemetery......could get spooky up there especially around Halloween......ha ha ha!!

Hubby's Surprise!

This morning Hubby surprised me with this bundle baby!   He said I have waited so long to have a nice camera...I'm always just settling for something similar to what I really want because of the money factor, but he said NOT today.   I am SO excited to start figuring this sweet lil project out and retiring that piece of crap I was using before.....lol!
